piano chord
C♯aug
C♯1E♯3G𝄪♯5
Two major thirds stacked. Symmetrical: every note can be heard as the root.
Written the other way round it is D♭aug — the same twelve keys on a piano, a different piece of notation.
What is true of it
C♯aug is C♯, E♯ and G𝄪 — 1, 3 and #5 counted from C♯.
G𝄪 is a double sharp, and it has to be: every letter from C♯ upwards is used once, so the #5 cannot be written any other way.
